Midland Bank PLC organised a “Leaders Meet” programme with all branch managers at the MDB Training Institute on Saturday, aiming to strengthen coordination, improve operational efficiency, and address business challenges across its network.

The bank said the session focused on encouraging open dialogue and aligning strategies to enhance performance and customer service across branches.

Managing Director and CEO Imtiaz U Ahmed engaged directly with branch managers, listening to operational concerns and discussing practical measures to improve business outcomes and efficiency.

Deputy Managing Director and CRO Md Zahid Hossain and Deputy Managing Director and CTO Md Nazmul Huda Sarkar were also present, along with members of the senior management team and selected heads of divisions.
