The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has cancelled the final nomination of 101 candidates for non-cadre posts from 44th BCS Examination-2021.

In a press release, the commission on Wednesday announced that the nominations of seven other candidates have been suspended.

According to the notification, the disqualifications were enforced because the candidates lacked the requisite educational qualifications as stipulated in the recruitment advertisement.

Furthermore, the nominations of seven candidates have been put on hold due to various administrative complexities.

The BPSC stated that detailed information, including the roll numbers of the disqualified and suspended candidates, has been published on the commission’s official website at www.bpsc.gov.bd.

Prior to this decision, the BPSC had recommended a total of 2,968 candidates for appointments to various government positions in the 44th BCS non-cadre category on 19 February.

Following the cancellation of these 101 nominations, the total number of recommended candidates in the list has decreased.
