The CES 2026 has seen the sparkle of the smartphone industry with a new phone. It is said that this is going to be a phone in the style of a “card”.
iKKO, a Chinese phone company, primarily looked towards making audio products. Recently, they have created a smartphone which they dearly named ‘MindOne.’ Now, this phone may not look like a phone. It may look like a gimmick or even a toy that you would hand to your children to avoid spending hundreds of dollars on repairs. But no, this is a real phone with an amazing twist.
We know that smartphones typically come with a singular Operating System, such as Android or iOS. MindOne has this amazing feature where you can change the operating system completely.
It typically runs on Android 15, which is great and all. But there is an option which will deviate the operating system to the Ikko operating system, and this is a whole new level of smartphone usage.
This square phone doesn’t seem to be too much. But once it gets into the hands, users will find that it has the same power as an iPhone. No wonder some say that this is a phone which is the end product of iPhone and android. Once you are done using the iKKO OS, you can change back to Android.
So, what is the hype of the iKKO OS? It is completely an AI OS, which means that all the stuff done with that OS is based on AI of various types.
The camera is a 50MP one from Sony. Despite it having a single camera, you can flip the camera 180 degrees and, voila, you have a selfie camera. And it has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Although using it as a primary device is not the best option yet, it can certainly be used as a secondary device. All the bells and whistles are available in the phone, making it usable to the greatest extent.
