Veteran actor Abul Hayat is set to return to television this Eid al-Adha with a new drama centred on themes of love.

The production, titled ‘Bhalobesechilam’, is scheduled to be filmed over two days in early May and will be broadcast on Channel i during the festive period.

The script is based on a story by acclaimed writer Rabeya Khatun, adapted for the screen by Abul Hayat himself, who will also appear in the drama. The cast includes Dolly Zahur, Rawnak Hasan and Zakia Bari Mamo in key roles.

Abul Hayat noted that adapting Rabeya Khatun’s works for Eid has become a regular tradition, driven by continued audience interest and support from the channel’s management. He expressed optimism that the latest production would resonate with viewers during the holiday.

Alongside this project, the actor remains actively engaged in multiple productions. He has recently been filming a drama directed by Vicky Zahed and is set to take part in upcoming projects by Mir Arman Hossain and Sadek Sabbir in the coming days.
