A total of 402 candidates took this year’s SSC and equivalent examinations from abroad, with 354 students passing the exams.
The examinations were conducted under special arrangements across nine overseas centres, where candidates achieved an average pass rate of 88.06 per cent.
Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon announced the results during a press conference held around 10am on Monday in the conference room of the ministry.
According to the published results, out of the 402 students who appeared for the examinations, 354 passed while 48 students failed. The data also shows that two institutions achieved a 100 per cent pass rate, whereas no students passed from one institution.
