Sonali Bank PLC successfully organized a fire drill at its head office on Wednesday, in collaboration with the Fire Service & Civil Defense.
The program commenced with a meeting at the head office conference room, where Md. Shawkat Ali Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Sonali Bank, attended as the chief guest. During the meeting, Fire Service & Civil Defense officials provided a comprehensive overview of various firefighting techniques to Sonali Bank’s management team.
Following the session, the firefighting team conducted a realistic demonstration, showcasing firefighting, rescue, and emergency evacuation procedures within the bank premises.
This initiative reflects Sonali Bank’s commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of its employees and facilities. The drill aimed to enhance emergency response capabilities and promote awareness of safety protocols in case of a fire or other emergencies.
