A four-member international delegation from the real estate and infrastructure sector visited Rupayan City Uttara on Friday, describing the project as a notable initiative for building an international-standard community in Bangladesh.
The delegation praised the project’s green and open environment, saying planned green spaces and open areas would positively contribute to children’s natural development and residents’ mental peace and healthy living, said a press release on Saturday.
The delegation included Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conseils Immobiliers (FIABCI) Thailand President Sopon Pornchokchai, Premier Homes Real Estate Co. Managing Director Clayton Wade, FIABCI (Thailand, Phuket) President Salvatore Parisi and Asset X Property Co. Ltd Managing Director Larinthorn Sowsadikulavath.
Rupayan Group Vice Chairman Mahir Ali Khan Ratul and Rupayan City Uttara CEO Md Ahsan Habib welcomed the delegation.
During the visit, delegation members toured Rupayan City Uttara’s infrastructure, security systems, extensive greenery and open spaces and modern civic amenities. They gained an understanding of the project’s environment friendly planning, integrated community lifestyle and modern housing management.
The delegation thanked Rupayan City Uttara authorities for the hospitality and the visit arrangement.
