Rangs Electronics Limited and Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen mutual cooperation and deliver added value to their stakeholders.
The MoU signing ceremony was held on 17 December, 2025, at 4pm at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Rangs Electronics Limited by Senior General Manager Zane Alam and on behalf of Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden by Cluster General Manager Duco Everen de Vries.
The ceremony was attended by Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Chief Executive Officer Brigadier General ANM Manzoorul Haque Mazumder, Rangs Group of Companies Advisor Major (Retd) Mohammad Solaiman Talukder and Rangs Electronics Limited Head of PR and External Affairs Rahel Rabbi, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
From Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, Director of Finance Shafiqul Islam, Senior Marketing Manager Manfuza Masud Chowdhury and Assistant Director of Sales Shamim Al Mamun were also present at the event.
Under the MoU, customers and employees of Rangs Electronics Limited, as well as guests of Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, will enjoy exclusive benefits and privileges.
Both organisations also expressed their commitment to jointly undertake various corporate and social initiatives in the future.
The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership, reflecting the shared vision of the two organisations to foster collaboration and create enhanced value for customers and stakeholders.
