Twenty-five individuals have been invited to take the oath of office as ministers. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to take place at the South Plaza of the Parliament Building on Tuesday afternoon.

President Mohammed Shahabuddin will administer the oath to the incoming cabinet members. The Cabinet Division has already commenced the process of contacting the selected individuals by telephone.

Notably, the list of appointees includes Dr Khalilur Rahman, a technocrat (listed at serial seven) who is moving to the BNP administration from the interim government. A second technocrat, Aminur Rashid, has also been called to join the cabinet.

The group of invited senior leaders is headed by BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and includes Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, Salahuddin Ahmed, Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku, Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, and AZM Zahid Hossain.

Other members set to take the oath include Abdul Awal Mintoo, Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad, Mizanur Rahman Minu, Khandaker Abdul Muktadir, Ariful Haque Choudhury, and Zahir Uddin Swapan.

The list of future ministers is completed by Afroza Khanam Rita, Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anee, Asadul Habib Dulu, Md Asaduzzaman, Zakaria Taher Sumon, Dipen Dewan, ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon, Sardar Sakhawat Hossain Bakul, Farid Mahbub Anam, and Sheikh Rabiul Alam.
