Actress Bidya Sinha Saha Mim has reflected on her long-standing career in the entertainment industry, saying that sustaining success is far more challenging than achieving it.
Speaking in a recent interview, Mim noted that while many rise quickly in showbiz, only a few manage to remain consistent over time. She said her own journey of around 15 years has been shaped by persistence, discipline and resilience.
The actress explained that she has always focused on maintaining her position rather than taking her early success for granted. She added that holding on in a competitive industry requires continuous effort and self-belief.
Mim also spoke about setbacks in her career, saying that like everyone else, she has faced periods where work slowed down. However, she emphasised that she has never considered stepping away from the industry, instead choosing to motivate herself and move forward with new opportunities.
Over the years, she has established herself across television and film, continuing to remain active in the country’s entertainment scene.
