bKash has recognised 100 employees from its distribution houses for creating digital content as part of its “Eid-er Chad Akashe, Salami Din bKash-e” campaign launched during Eid-ul-Fitr, rewarding field-level staff for promoting the mobile financial service through social media.
Employees from distribution channels across Bangladesh produced and shared more than 7,000 pieces of content on YouTube and TikTok during the campaign. Winners were selected based on creativity, audience engagement and overall presentation quality, bKash said in a press release.
The winners were honoured at a ceremony held recently at a convention centre in the capital.
Singer Sabrina Ehsan Porshi attended the event alongside Mohammad Irfanul Huq, Head of Distribution and Retail Business at bKash, Ishtiaque Shahriar, Head of Digital Assets and Communications, and other senior company officials.
According to bKash, the campaign encouraged field-level distribution employees nationwide to produce and publish creative digital content centred on the exchange of Eid Salami through the bKash platform.
The programme concluded with a cultural performance celebrating the creativity, talent and achievements of the field-level employees.
