Ananta Real Estate Ltd has appointed Engr F R Khan (Faizur Rahman Khan), a veteran civil engineer and real estate professional, as its Chief Adviser as the company advances its flagship luxury residential development, Ananta Terraces.
The appointment will see Khan provide strategic guidance to the company’s leadership team to support its goal of delivering world-class real estate developments while strengthening operational excellence and long-term value creation, Ananta Real Estate said in a press release.
Ananta Real Estate is a concern of Ananta Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest ready-made garment exporters, with annual turnover exceeding US$500 million and a workforce of more than 35,000 employees.
The company is developing Ananta Terraces, which it describes as the country’s first LEED Platinum-registered luxury residential project. The development is being built on more than 45 bighas of land, with 64% of the site allocated to open spaces.
According to the company, the project has been designed with a focus on architectural excellence, construction quality, sustainability and community living, reflecting Ananta Group’s vision of creating developments that deliver long-term value for customers and communities.
Khan brings more than four decades of leadership experience in the real estate industry, with expertise spanning engineering, construction management, strategic planning, project development and end-to-end real estate operations.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the delivery of landmark developments, mentored industry professionals and supported the advancement of Bangladesh’s real estate sector. The company said his strategic vision, technical expertise and commitment to quality have earned him broad recognition across the industry.
