Eid-ul-Fitr releases promise darker thrills as Siam Ahmed begins filming the upcoming horror thriller ‘Rakkhosh’ directed by Mehedi Hasan Hridoy. The production has recently moved abroad, with the cast and crew travelling to Sri Lanka for an extended overseas schedule.
Siam Ahmed is joined on location by popular West Bengal actor Susmita Chatterjee, marking her Dhallywood debut opposite the leading star. Sources say the team will shoot key sequences in Sri Lanka over two consecutive weeks during the international filming phase. Filming began in Dhaka last month, where Siam’s striking first look has already generated strong audience curiosity across social media platforms.
After completing the Sri Lanka schedule, the unit will return to Dhaka to finish the remaining scenes and post-production work. Rakkhosh is being prepared for a nationwide Eid-ul-Fitr release following the completion of post-production later this year.
Susmita previously debuted in Tollywood with ‘Prem-Tem’ and later appeared in big-budget films ‘Chengiz’ and ‘Manush’ before joining Rakkhosh.
