United Finance PLC has signed an agreement with JCX Developments Limited to offer home loan facilities to customers purchasing properties from the real estate developer.
The partnership aims to provide JCX customers with financing support through streamlined loan processing and responsible lending practices, the lender said.
The agreement was signed by United Finance Acting Managing Director Mohammed Abul Ahsan and JCX Group Chief Executive M Tareq Hosen Mozumder at the JCX head office on 19 May.
JCX Group Managing Director Md Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury, United Finance Head of Branch Management Enayet Latif and senior officials from both organisations attended the signing ceremony.
The companies said the collaboration seeks to improve access to housing finance and support the growth of Bangladesh’s real estate sector.
