Trust Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Multibrand Workshop Ltd to provide exclusive automotive service benefits to Trust Bank cardholders at a signing ceremony held at the Board Room of the bank’s Head Office.
The agreement was signed by Md Mahboob Hossain, SEVP & Head of Business of Trust Bank PLC, and Masud Karim Chowdhury, Executive Director of Multibrand Workshop Ltd, on behalf of their respective organisations, said a press release.
Under the agreement, Trust Bank cardholders will receive special discounts on service charges and Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) services, along with priority service through the Quick Service Team (QST) and dedicated support from a Key Account Manager.
Md Kamal Hossain Sarker, Deputy Managing Director of Trust Bank PLC, along with senior officials from both organisations, attended the signing ceremony.
