The Sylhet phase of the BPL has come to an end. The Dhaka leg will start on Thursday at the Sher e Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur. The last six matches of the 30 match league stage will all be played in Dhaka.

Three teams have already confirmed their places in the playoffs of the 2026 BPL. After beating Dhaka Capitals, Rajshahi Warriors sealed a spot in the last four. They are joined by Chattogram Royals and Sylhet Titans. Rajshahi lead the table with 12 points from eight matches.

The Dhaka phase will decide the final playoff team. It will also confirm who plays in the Eliminator and who advances directly to the first Qualifier.

Rajshahi Warriors have looked the most stable side of the tournament so far. They started the season with a balanced squad and clear planning. Players like Ripon Mondol and Abdul Gaffar Saqlain have stayed in good form. Najmul Hossain Shanto has led the batting with consistency. Their clear roles and calm approach have helped them stay on top of the table.

Chattogram Royals did not begin the season with much attention from fans. Still, they have grown into one of the strongest teams. Naim Sheikh and Adam Rossington have given the side fast starts at the top. The bowlers have backed them well. Mahedi Hasan, Tanvir Islam and Shoriful Islam have all played key roles. Their strong net run rate shows how well they have controlled matches.

Sylhet Titans remain very much in the playoff race. They have played more matches than most teams but have stayed competitive. Their form has gone up and down at times. Even so, a positive net run rate keeps them in a good position going into the final league games.

Rangpur Riders came into the tournament with big expectations. The squad included several well known names. However, results have not always followed. They have shown quality in patches but are yet to confirm qualification. The Dhaka phase will be key for them to turn promise into points.

Dhaka Capitals have struggled to find momentum. They have won only two of their eight matches. Poor execution at crucial moments has hurt their campaign. Their negative net run rate reflects problems with both bat and ball.

Noakhali Express have been the weakest side of the tournament so far. They lost six matches in a row and failed to build confidence. Batting collapses and weak bowling spells kept putting them under pressure. They now sit at the bottom of the table.
