Standard Islami Bank PLC held its 425th board meeting on 16 April at its head office boardroom in Dhaka.
Standard Islami Bank Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting, the bank said.
Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed and directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SA M Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md Zahedul Hoque, AKM Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Jhahedul Alam attended the meeting.
Independent directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed and Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq were also present.
Bangladesh Bank Director PSD and observer of the bank Md Sharafat Ullah Khan joined the meeting.
Standard Islami Bank Acting Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman and Company Secretary Md Mizanur Rahman FCS were present.
