The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh nominated Justice Md Rezaul Haque as Chamber Judge-1 and Justice Farah Mahbub as Chamber Judge-2 on 6 January this year to dispose of urgent matters of the Appellate Division until further orders.
A notification signed by Appellate Division Registrar Ashiqul Khabir, issued on Sunday, outlined the schedule and functioning of the two chamber courts.
According to the notification, Chamber Judge Court-1 will conduct hearings at 2:15pm on Sundays and Thursdays.
Chamber Judge Court-2 will hear cases at 2:30pm on Mondays and Tuesdays until further instructions are issued.
However, the notification added that for this week only, Justice Farah Mahbub will hold hearings in Chamber Judge Court-2 at 2:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
