Actress Rosey Siddiqui has shared her thoughts on the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha release ‘Rockstar’, saying audiences will see Shakib Khan in a completely new light in the film.
The film, which is awaiting release during Eid-ul-Azha, has already generated growing interest among viewers. Rosey Siddiqui appears in a special role in the project and recently spoke about her experience working on the film and her expectations surrounding its release.
She described Rockstar as a very different kind of film for local audiences.
“In this film, viewers will get a completely different story,” she said. “It is not like the kinds of films audiences have seen before. Similar types of work may have been made in our country previously, but not with this kind of presentation.”
She added, “It is going to be a new surprise for audiences. And one thing I can say with certainty is that everyone will see Shakib Khan in a new way in this film.”
Rosey Siddiqui began her stage career through the theatre group Theatre Arambagh, where she performed between 1989 and 1993. She later joined Dhaka Theatre in 1993.
The same year, she made her film debut through ‘Padma Nadir Majhi’, directed by Goutam Ghose.
