The TeamPhoenix Group (TTPG) has announced Phoenix Summit 2026, a five-day event from 23 to 27 June in Dhaka aimed at strengthening Bangladesh’s cybersecurity ecosystem through cross-sector collaboration, talent development, and digital resilience, said a press statement. Technical workshops will be held at Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) while the main conference will take place at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre (BCFCC).
The summit, powered by BRAC Bank PLC, will bring together government agencies, industry leaders, academia, and cybersecurity professionals to advance national cyber sovereignty. It will be supported by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ICT Division of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, and the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA). A three-day International Cybersecurity Workshop Series will cover practical skills including Practical Cyber Investigation, DevSecOps for Practitioners, Application Security & Vulnerability Management, and Defensive Engineering for the Ransomware Lifecycle.
Two dedicated conference track days, Blue Team Day and Red Team Day, will focus on Security Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Cyber Risk & Governance, Financial Sector Resilience, Women in Cybersecurity, and National Cybersecurity Strategy. The Technical Stage will address operational skills and emerging technologies, while the Enterprise Stage will explore governance, policy, and executive leadership in cybersecurity.
The opening ceremony will be attended by Zahir Uddin Swapon, Minister of Information and Broadcasting, and the closing ceremony will feature Faqir Mahbub Anam, Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, alongside Rehan Asif Asad, Adviser to the Prime Minister, and Quazi Anowar Hossain, Secretary of the ICT Division. International delegates from Germany, Australia, the UK, Singapore, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Malaysia will also participate.
TTPG, in collaboration with 39 university clubs, will present the Best Cybersecurity Club Award for the second consecutive year and the Women in Cybersecurity Award for the third year, recognising contributions to Bangladesh’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
