Residents and customers of Rupayan City Uttara will receive the organisation’s important information, updates and necessary news quickly through digital platforms, following a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Banglalink Digital Communications Limited.
The MoU was signed on Thursday at an event organised by Rupayan City Uttara. Under the agreement, communication with customers will become easier, faster and more organised, while technology-driven customer service will be made more effective, said a press release on Sunday.
Large Corporate Director (Enterprise Business) Rubaiyat Alam Tanzeen, Business Solutions Director Md Asaduzzaman, and Head of Business Solutions Nafiz Ahmed Sayed were present on behalf of Banglalink.
CEO Brigadier General (retd.) Md Ahsan Habib and Head of Marketing Md Khorshed Alam were present on behalf of Rupayan City Uttara.
According to the organisation, Banglalink’s digital communication infrastructure and technological capability have created an opportunity to broaden the scope of customer service. The initiative is also expected to strengthen Rupayan City Uttara’s long-term relationship with residents and customers, the press release said.
