Cyrus received recognition for her song Dream As One, featured in the end credits of ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’. She collaborated with Andrew Wyatt, Mark Ronson and Simon Franglen, contributing music inspired by devastating Los Angeles fires earlier this year.
The singer thanked filmmakers, joking she benefited from long productions despite joining the project relatively briefly during awards season.
Cyrus recently said she attended the 2025 Oscars hoping to pitch herself successfully as a songwriter for films.
