Taylor Swift has arrived in the New York area days before her reported wedding plans with Travis Kelce, fuelling fresh speculation online.
According to Page Six, Swift’s private jet landed in Morristown, New Jersey, on Tuesday. The airport is close to Madison Square Garden, where reports claim the couple plans to hold their wedding ceremony.
Reports also suggest the couple will transform Madison Square Garden into a castle-inspired venue for the celebration. According to TMZ, a venue delivery revealed two white bannisters believed to be part of the planned design.
Preparations at the venue have reportedly begun. Large boxes believed to contain trees arrived at the site, while workers covered sections of the arena with fabric and protected the floors.
Several deliveries labelled “Garden Party” also reached the venue. Reports suggest the theme may reference the couple’s reported engagement in August 2025, when Kelce is said to have proposed to Swift in a garden decorated with white and pink flowers.
According to reports, Swift and Kelce plan to host two days of wedding celebrations in New York before the Fourth of July fireworks. A source claimed the couple will hold a rehearsal dinner at Madison Square Garden on July 2, with around 100 guests expected to attend.
New York City Hall confirmed that organisers submitted a permit application to the Street Activity Permit Office last week for events scheduled from July 2 to 4, 2026. Winick Productions requested street closures around Madison Square Garden and permission to install a public tent outside the venue for between 500 and 999 attendees.
The guest list includes Zoë Kravitz, Karlie Kloss, Suki Waterhouse and NFL player Kyle Juszczyk. Swift’s longtime friends Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez are also expected to serve as bridesmaids.
Reports further claim that Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw will perform at the wedding, while Swift plans several outfit changes during the celebration.
Swift and Kelce have been in a relationship since 2023. The couple reportedly announced their engagement on August 26 last year.
