Popular actor and WWE-famed retired wrestler John Cena has once again taken on his long-running battle with hair loss, revealing that he has undergone another hair restoration procedure and opted to shave his head completely in pursuit of the best possible results.
The WWE icon and Hollywood actor shocked the world by sharing a photo on social media showing off his bald look while posing with hair restoration specialist Ken Anderson. The image marks his latest step in addressing a condition he has openly discussed with fans in recent months.
In his Facebook post, Cena said he had “gone all in” by shaving his head before the treatment, explaining that the decision was intended to maximise the effectiveness of the procedure.
The 17-time world champion previously underwent a hair transplant at Anderson Center for Hair and has now returned for a follow-up treatment, hoping for improved long-term results.
Earlier this year, during promotional appearances around WrestleMania 42, Cena candidly spoke about his recovery from the first procedure. He recalled that the healing process caused significant swelling, joking that it temporarily gave him the appearance of having “an alien head.”
Cena has faced public scrutiny over his thinning hair for years, with fans frequently commenting on his appearance during WWE broadcasts. Rather than avoiding the topic, the veteran performer has chosen to address it openly, even injecting humour into the conversation.
The wrestler officially stepped away from full-time wrestling competition late last year but remains one of WWE’s biggest global stars through select appearances and his acting career.
While the success of his latest treatment will take time to become evident, Cena appeared confident and upbeat in his latest social media update. And if the procedure does not deliver the desired outcome, fans were quick to point out that the former WWE champion wears the bald look with equal confidence.
