Midland Bank PLC formally inaugurated its relocated Bheramara Branch on Monday at Babor Ali Super Market, Bheramara-Pragpur Highway Road, Ward No. 06, Bheramara Pourashava.
Md Ahsan-uz-Zaman, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, inaugurated the branch as the chief guest, according to a press release.
Among others present at the ceremony were Md. Rashed Akter, head of retail distribution division; Md Saifur Rahman, branch manager of Bheramara branch; customers, local businessmen and elites.
Government and non-government officials from various organisations, businessmen, journalists and local elites attended the programme and expressed their good wishes for the bank.
Officials including the Head of General Services Division, Head of Public Relations Division, Area Head and Cluster Head of the Bheramara Branch were also present at the inaugural ceremony.
In his speech, the Managing Director & CEO thanked the audience for their presence and encouraged them to build stronger relationships with the bank by opening accounts.
He instructed branch officials to provide the best possible service to customers and urged them to promote the use of ‘Midland Online’, the bank’s free internet banking application, to ensure safe, secure and modern banking services from anywhere at any time.
At the beginning of the ceremony, a special prayer was held for the welfare, progress and prosperity of the bank and the country.
The inaugural ceremony was moderated by Md Rashadul Anwar, head of public relations division of the bank.
