The upcoming Eid will see the return of the Jovan-Totini duo in a gripping drama titled ‘Kosom’. The story weaves together complex family tensions and a life-or-death crisis for the lovers, delivering a climax-packed narrative that is rare in contemporary television.
Produced by Zahidul Islam Sujan under the CMV banner, Kosom is written by him, with cinematography handled by Naeem Fuad. The drama follows Jovan as he takes a solemn oath to save his lover Totini, triggering a series of unexpected events.
Sujan explained, “We have worked to create multiple twists in the story, exploring the complex dynamics of love and family for our audience.”
Producer SK Shahed Ali Pappu added that CMV has planned 20 special dramas for this Eid, many of which focus on themes of love and family.
Kosom is one of the highlights and will be released on CMV’s YouTube channel during the festival.
