The High Court has completed the hearing on a petition seeking suspension of the central and hall council elections of the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology Central Students’ Union (Sucsu).
The bench sets at 2pm, on Monday for delivering its order.
On Monday High Court bench comprising Justice Fahmida Quader and Justice Md Asif Hasan set the time for delivering the order.
Barrister Ruhul Quddus Kazal, Barrister Rashna Imam, and Barrister Moniruzzaman Asad argued for the writ before the court.
Advocate Mohammad Hossain Lipu represented Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
Additional Attorney General Aneek R Haque appeared for the state.
