This August, Dhaka’s wellness calendar is getting a vibrant addition as Summer Flow 2026 returns with two days dedicated to movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. Taking place on August 21 and 22 at Gulshan Shooting Club, The Flow Fest promises more than just a wellness event. It offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect and discover what wellbeing truly means.
Built around eight pillars of holistic wellbeing- movement, mindfulness, creativity, connection, nutrition, rest, gratitude and purpose- the festival begins with a personalised wellness assessment that helps guests identify areas they may be neglecting in their daily lives. From there, participants can explore a wide range of experiences tailored to their needs and interests.
The festival brings together modern health assessments and time-honoured wellness practices under one roof. Visitors can access blood sugar tests, bone density scans, skin and gait analyses, nutrition consultations, and vaccines, alongside yoga, meditation, breathwork, and ayurveda sessions.
For those seeking something more energetic, Summer Flow will host Dhaka’s first-ever Rolling Rave, a 7.5-kilometre fun run around Hatirjheel led by a celebrity DJ truck. The programme also includes Speed Friending sessions, live music, dance workshops, open-mic performances, poetry readings, and collaborative art experiences.
Summer Flow is an invitation to slow down in a city that rarely does. It creates space for people to move, create and connect while introducing them to a year-round wellness community through classes, retreats and workplace wellness initiatives. Sometimes, wellbeing begins simply by showing up.
