Dun & Bradstreet and artificial intelligence company Anthropic have partnered to integrate business risk and identity data into AI platform Claude to help companies automate onboarding and compliance processes.
The collaboration will embed Dun & Bradstreet’s Commercial Graph database into Claude, allowing financial institutions and regulated organisations to streamline Know Your Customer and Know Your Business procedures through artificial intelligence, the companies said in a press release.
The Commercial Graph is a global database containing business identities and risk indicators designed to support automated due diligence workflows.
KYC and KYB processes are used by financial and commercial institutions to verify the identity and legitimacy of customers and businesses before offering services.
The companies said the integration would allow organisations to carry out compliance checks through a single interface, reducing reliance on manual verification and lengthy onboarding procedures.
Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Africa Group Director Products Nauman Lakhani said the collaboration combines artificial intelligence with verified business information to improve governance and enterprise decision-making.
“The value of this collaboration lies in connecting AI with trusted business context, making it usable in real-world decision environments where accuracy and confidence matter,” Nauman Lakhani said.
“Embedding verified data directly into workflows can help organisations strengthen governance and make decisions with greater clarity,” he added.
The system is built around the D-U-N-S Number, Dun & Bradstreet’s globally recognised business identification system used to maintain consistent identification of companies across markets.
The partnership reflects broader adoption of intelligence-driven enterprise systems as companies increasingly use artificial intelligence in compliance and risk management operations.
The companies said AI-led compliance tools are becoming more important in Bangladesh as digital adoption and financial inclusion continue to expand alongside evolving regulatory requirements.
They added that the integration could help improve trust in digital financial systems while reducing operational bottlenecks for businesses.
