Ibn Sina PLC, a company listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), will hold a board meeting on 30 September to review the audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026.
The meeting of the board of directors is scheduled for 2:45pm, according to information from the DSE.
The company will consider the audited financial report at the meeting, and the board will approve and publish the statement if cleared.
Ibn Sina PLC paid shareholders a 64 per cent dividend for the previous year.
