Samsung Electronics Bangladesh and Fair Electronics Ltd have relaunched a six-model range of Samsung refrigerators in Bangladesh, with capacities from 275 litres to 700 litres, as the companies seek to expand Samsung’s home appliance business and strengthen its presence in the local market.
The range was unveiled at the Samsung–Fair Electronics Partners Meet 2026 at The Westin Dhaka on Wednesday, 7 October, bringing together senior officials from Samsung and Fair Group and business partners from across the country, the companies said in a press release.
The portfolio comprises the RS72 with a 700-litre capacity, RS74 with 676 litres, RT47 with 465 litres, RT37 with 345 litres, RT34 with 324 litres and RT29 with 275 litres.
The RT29, RT34 and RT37 Top Mount Freezer refrigerators are designed for the everyday requirements of households, while the larger RT47 offers more storage capacity for bigger families.
At the premium end of the range, the RS72 and RS74 Side-by-Side refrigerators feature Samsung’s SpaceMax Technology, which is designed to increase internal storage capacity without significantly enlarging the refrigerators’ external dimensions.
Across the portfolio, Samsung has combined cooling technology, energy-efficient performance and contemporary design, including Digital Inverter Technology and different storage configurations.
Selected models also feature Twin Cooling and 5-in-1 Convertible Mode, allowing consumers greater flexibility in managing refrigerator and freezer space according to changing requirements.
Samsung is also placing greater emphasis on design under the theme “The Classics are Back with Timeless Style”. Selected models are available in Pebble Blue, Black Inox and EZ Clean Steel finishes.
