Daffodil International University (DIU) has sustained its position in the 1001–1200 band globally in the QS World University Rankings 2027, marking a significant milestone for the university.
The ranking is one of the world’s most prestigious and influential university ranking systems, reads a press release.

DIU has been ranked 2nd among private universities and 4th among all public and private universities in Bangladesh, reflecting its steady progress toward becoming a globally recognised institution for higher education and research.
The QS World University Rankings assess universities based on key performance indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, research impact, internationalisation, faculty strength, sustainability, and global engagement.
DIU’s inclusion in this global ranking cohort highlights its continued commitment to academic excellence, impactful research, innovation, graduate employability, and international collaboration.

In the ranking, DIU is placed 2nd among private universities and 4th in Bangladesh, while ranking 366th in Asia and 1061st globally.
