Deepika Padukone is reportedly developing a new professional venture focused on maternal and infant wellness following the birth of her second daughter on 19 September, reports Zoom.
Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh, announced the arrival of their child on social media, nearly two years after welcoming their first daughter, Dua.
According to reports, Padukone is working on the initiative with management professional Sevika Patni, who has experience in healthcare and consumer businesses.
Official details have not yet been announced, but the project is expected to draw on Padukone’s experiences as a mother of two.
The venture would build on her advocacy work, including The Live Love Laugh Foundation, which she founded in 2015 to promote mental health awareness.
Meanwhile, Padukone continues her acting commitments, with upcoming projects including Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘King’ and Atlee’s ‘Raga’, featuring Allu Arjun.
