Bollywood star Salman Khan has criticised intrusive paparazzi practices, online trolling and the misuse of artificial intelligence, calling for stricter controls.
Speaking on Bigg Boss 20’s ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’, Salman said some paparazzi photographers capture actresses in uncomfortable or inappropriate poses and then circulate the images. He said such behaviour is unacceptable.
He also criticised personal attacks, body shaming and comments about people’s age on social media. According to Salman, trolling has become a business, with some attacks being deliberately planned.
The actor also spoke about the misuse of AI technology. “Fake videos of me are also made. Things are circulated that have nothing to do with me.
There needs to be strict control over these things. I am serious about this,” he said.
Salman urged social media users to act more responsibly and consider the impact of their comments before humiliating or insulting others.
His comments come amid growing concern in the entertainment industry over AI-generated images and deepfake videos involving celebrities.
