Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport, a property under IHG Hotels & Resorts, is hosting the Grand American Food Festival from 3–9 July 2026 at its Mosaic restaurant in Dhaka to mark US Independence Day celebrations, according to a press release said. The week-long event highlights American culinary traditions and features signature dishes alongside live cooking stations.

The festival, held in Dhaka from 3 to 9 July 2026, offers guests a curated dining experience featuring classic American cuisine, interactive food stations and themed dishes designed to reflect the diversity of US food culture, the hotel said.

The culinary event includes live stations such as a hot dog station with assorted toppings, corn dogs and a loaded chips station. The menu also features simmered oxtail soup, beef Wellington, meat loaf, slow-braised beef osso buco, chicken pot pie, spicy Cajun chicken and grilled chicken sausage with BBQ sauce, along with international dishes and desserts.

Coca-Cola is the official beverage partner of the festival, complementing the American-themed dining experience, according to the statement.

General Manager Ashwani Nayar said the festival is designed to bring the authentic taste and spirit of America to guests, adding that the hotel aims to deliver a curated culinary experience as part of US Independence Day celebrations.

He said the hotel looks forward to welcoming guests for a week of food, hospitality and festive atmosphere at its Dhaka property near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport said guests can also access a “Dine 5 Pay 1” offer on the buffet using selected bank cards, subject to terms and conditions.

The hotel said the event reflects its continued focus on delivering international dining experiences and innovative culinary programming for both local and international guests.
