Dhallywood actor Bappy Chowdhury, who has been less active in recent years, will see one of his films, ‘Shatru’, released on the OTT platform iScreen from April 9.
The action film was originally released in cinemas in 2023 and later streamed on the YouTube channel The Abhi Kathachitra last year.
Directed by Suman Dhar, Shatru stars Bappy Chowdhury alongside Zahara Mitu, with Misha Sawdagar, Amir Siraji, Bobi, Jadu Azad and Dr Sohel Babu in key roles.
Despite industry rumours suggesting Bappy faced pressure from a lack of work, he has denied any disappointment, stating that he continues to receive offers but chooses roles based on the quality of the story.
