Banglalink has launched a new mobile bundle called Rider’s Pack aimed at delivery riders and ride-sharing partners who depend on mobile connectivity for their daily work.
The telecom operator said the pack is designed to support riders who rely on mobile data for navigation, order management and communication while working across cities.
Priced at Tk499, the Rider’s Pack offers 20GB of internet and 300 minutes of voice calls with a validity of 30 days.
Users will also receive data-free access to selected work-related digital platforms including Uber, foodpanda, Pathao, Foodi and Google Maps, along with their rider versions, for up to 10GB usage.
The offer will initially be available in Dhaka and Chattogram through the MyBL mobile application.
Delivery riders and ride-sharing partners depend heavily on stable mobile connectivity to manage trips, accept orders and navigate routes, where disruptions can affect their time and income, the company said.
Banglalink said the pack is designed to make connectivity more predictable and reliable for riders’ work and personal needs.
The operator plans to introduce the offer in phases, starting from major urban centres where app-based delivery and ride-sharing services are widely used.
Banglalink Chief Marketing Officer Kazi Mahboob Hassan said the initiative recognises the role of delivery riders and ride-sharing partners in keeping cities functioning throughout the day.
“Delivery riders and ride sharing partners keep our cities moving from early morning until late at night. Recognizing their role, Banglalink has introduced the Rider’s Pack to support their work and everyday lives through reliable connectivity,” he said.
