Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre will host Dawat-E-Sultan, a royal buffet, at Attitude Restaurant from 20 to 26 September, welcoming guests daily from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
The buffet is priced at Tk8,100 NET per person, with Buy 1 Get 3 Free (B1G3) available on selected bank cards, allowing four guests to dine for Tk8,100 NET, subject to the applicable card offer’s terms and conditions, said a press release on Thursday.
The buffet brings together aromatic biryanis, slow-cooked specialities, charcoal-grilled kebabs and traditional desserts, with flavours from the subcontinent, Persia, Türkiye and the Middle East.
Menu highlights include Lamb ouzi Al-Malaki, featuring whole roasted lamb served with fragrant rice, nuts and fried onions; Nizami Gosht Dum Biryani, a slow-cooked mutton biryani layered with aromatic rice and traditional spices; and Darbari Pot-Roasted Quail. Guests can also savour Dum Pukht Beef Nihari, Murgh Musallam-e-Darbar and Awadhi Batakh Qorma, alongside flame-grilled prawns.
The charcoal grill and live kebab selection includes Adana Kebab-e-Sultan, Joojeh Kebab-e-Shahaneh, Koobideh Kebab-e-Darbar and Turkish-style chicken and beef dürüm rolls. Welcome drinks include Sharbat-e-Mohabbat and Jallab Al-Qasr.
The Sheerin Khazana-e-Sultan dessert selection features Baklava-e-Saray, Kunafa Al-Malaki, Umm Ali Al-Malaki and Shahi Tukra-e-Khaas. Three varieties of Kheer-e-Sultan, Nawabi Shemai and an assortment of eight traditional sweets complete the dessert experience.
