NCC Bank employees will receive three levels of coverage- life insurance, hospitalisation and critical illness- under a group insurance agreement signed with MetLife Bangladesh recently.
The initiative aims to provide financial support in the event of unexpected life and health risks, said a press release on Sunday.
NCC Bank Managing Director M Shamsul Arefin and MetLife Bangladesh Chief Executive Officer Ala Ahmad signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at a ceremony held recently.
Those present included NCC Bank Deputy Managing Director and CFO Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, FCA, NCC Bank Head of Human Resources Rishad Hossain and NCC Bank Head of Transaction Banking & Cash Management Shahin Akter Nuha. MetLife Bangladesh Additional Managing Director and CDO Md Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, MetLife Bangladesh Deputy Managing Director and CFO Ala Uddin and MetLife Bangladesh Assistant Managing Director and CCBO Mohammad Kamruzzaman also attended, along with other officials from both organisations.
