Community Bank Bangladesh PLC held its 80th board meeting at the Police Headquarters in Dhaka on Monday, with discussions on investment proposals and policy matters of the bank.
The meeting was chaired by Md Ali Hossain Fakir, Inspector General of Police, Bangladesh and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, where important decisions were taken on various agenda items, said a press release.
Senior Bangladesh Police officials and bank directors attended the meeting, including A K M Awlad Hossain, Additional IG (Admin), Bangladesh Police; Md Akram Hossain, BPM (Sheba), Additional IG (Finance), Bangladesh Police; Khondoker Rafiqul Islam, BPM, PPM, Additional IG (Crime & Ops.), Bangladesh Police; Sarder Nurul Amin, BPM (Sheba), Additional IG, Bangladesh Police; and Md Ahsan Habib Palash, BPM (Sheba), Director General of SRB.
Others present included Md Kamrul Ahsan, Additional IG, Bangladesh Police; Md Zulfikar Ali Haidar, DIG, Barishal Range, Bangladesh Police; Md Atiqur Rahman, BPM, DIG (Finance), Bangladesh Police; Mohammad Sharif Uddin, Additional DIG, Bangladesh Police; Ahmad Muyeed, BPM (Sheba), Additional DIG, Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust; Khandaker Shamima Yesmin, Additional DIG (Repair & Maintenance), Bangladesh Police; and Kamrul Hasan Talukdar, Inspector, Bangladesh Police.
Dr Md Morshed Hasan Khan, Independent Director; Syed Rafiqul Haq, Independent Director; Mohammed Tofazzul Hussain FCA, Independent Director; Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin, Managing Director of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC; and Saiful Alam FCS, Company Secretary of Community Bank, were also present at the meeting.
