A Japan-Bangladesh joint training programme aimed at equipping Bangladeshi youth with international-standard construction skills will officially begin in Dhaka in November, according to a press release.

The initiative is led by Hitech Corporation LLC Managing Director Tomohiro Yoshida Japan, in collaboration with Heartful Limited Bangladesh and the Trust Technical Training Institute.

The programme will use construction materials imported directly from Japan and will be conducted by specialised Japanese instructors.

Participants will receive hands-on, industry-standard training designed to meet the requirements of Japanese construction companies.

Those who successfully complete the course will be offered direct employment opportunities in Japan, providing a secure and structured career pathway.

Hitech Corporation LLC Managing Director Japan Tomohiro Yoshida said the initiative aims to address the acute labor shortage in Japan’s construction sector while creating new avenues for Bangladeshi youth.

He described the project as “a huge opportunity for both countries.”

Heartful Limited Bangladesh Managing Director Murad Hasan Zenith said the programme ensures legal and ethical migration pathways.

He added that Heartful will provide comprehensive support, including visa processing, settling-in guidance, and assistance with daily life in Japan.

The collaboration reflects growing efforts to combine high-quality technical training with employment opportunities abroad, helping Bangladeshi youth gain global exposure while meeting international labor demands.
