Actress Khushi Kapoor has purchased a residential apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for ₹63 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The flat is located in Samtadeep Building on 25th Road. The apartment has a carpet area of 180 sq ft and a built-up area of 216 sq ft.
The documents identify Farooq Chagla as the seller. The transaction was registered on 1 September, 2026, with Khushi paying ₹3.15 lakh in stamp duty.
Based on the registered purchase value, the property cost approximately ₹35,000 per sq ft on a carpet-area basis.
Calculated against the built-up area, the rate comes to around ₹29,167 per sq ft.
These figures are based on the declared transaction value and may not reflect the current market rate in Bandra West.
Bandra West is among Mumbai’s established premium residential areas, known for its connectivity, social amenities and proximity to commercial and entertainment hubs.
The neighbourhood, along with Pali Hill, has also long been associated with Bollywood personalities and other high-profile residents.
Khushi, the daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and late actor Sridevi, made her acting debut with The Archies in 2023. She has since appeared in Hindi films.
Khushi and the seller were unavailable for comment.
Bandra and Pali Hill have remained popular residential choices for members of Mumbai’s film industry.
Their appeal is partly linked to their location near major film hubs, including Andheri, Versova, Juhu and Goregaon Film City.
The area has also become known for its concentration of celebrity homes, making it one of the city’s most recognisable addresses.
In 2025, Anjali Tendulkar, wife of cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, purchased a 391 sq ft apartment in Virar for ₹32 lakh for a staff member.
The transaction was registered on 30 May, 2025, and included ₹1.92 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees.
That same year, interior designer Gauri Khan rented a two-bedroom apartment in Khar West for staff at an initial monthly rent of ₹1.35 lakh.
The three-year leave and licence agreement was reportedly signed while Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat bungalow underwent renovation.
