New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson is adding acting to his busy autumn schedule, with a guest appearance lined up on Law & Order: SVU.
According to Deadline, Brunson will appear in the fifth episode of the show’s upcoming season, set to air on 5 November. NBC has not revealed details about his role.
Brunson will also host the season premiere of Saturday Night Live on 26 September. He recently appeared in the opening segment of the Emmy Awards telecast, hosted by SVU star Mariska Hargitay.
Hargitay is a Knicks fan and attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals, when New York overcame a 29-point deficit to beat the San Antonio Spurs 107-106.
The victory helped the Knicks secure their first NBA championship since 1973. Hargitay and Brunson shared a hug on the court after the game.
