Popular actor AKM Hasan has joined Bachelor Point Season 5, bringing a new character and a fresh comic flavour to the hit serial.
Hasan appears as ‘English Lebu’ in Chapter 15 of the season, which arrived on the Bongo app on Thursday, 17 September. Directed and produced by Kajal Arefin Ome, the season has already drawn attention with the return of familiar characters Nehal and Arefin and the addition of new faces including Orchita Sporshia, Sunerah Kamal and Rafsaan.
According to the makers, Hasan’s comic timing and distinctive portrayal of ‘English Lebu’ will bring a fresh flavour to the story. The same chapter also introduces another new character, ‘Kazi Bhai’, played by popular actor Rashed Mamun Apu.
The regular cast of Season 5 includes Marzuk Russell as Pasha, Chashi Alam as Habur, Ziaul Hoque Polash as Kabila, Tawsif Mahbub as Nehal, Shamim Hasan Sarker as Arefin, Pavel as Zakir, Ishtiaq Ahmed Romel as Motlob and Zafrul Abedin Rocky.
Alongside Bongo, Bachelor Point Season 5 is also airing on Channel i and Boom Films’ YouTube channel.
