The third edition of the popular Bengali literature and culture forum, KCC Baithakkhana, will be held on April 18.
Organised by the Kolkata Center for Creativity (KCC) in Anandapur, Kolkata, this year’s event will bring together two acclaimed artists from both sides of Bengal on the same stage.
Among the highlights, celebrated Kolkata-based musician, producer and actor Anjan Dutta will be joined by acclaimed Bangladeshi actor Chanchal Chowdhury.
The discussion will centre on the theme: ‘Art Film and Commercial Film: Is the Difference Blurring?’ Both speakers are expected to share their experiences and perspectives on this increasingly relevant topic.
The session will be hosted by noted speaker, lyricist, poet and producer Chandril Bhattacharya.
According to the organisers, the presence of prominent artists from across the border is set to add a distinctive dimension to the conversation, which will open this year’s programme.
