Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury has called a full court meeting of all judges of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court.
A notification issued by the Supreme Court on Sunday said the meeting will be held at 4pm on Monday at the Judges’ Lounge of the Supreme Court.
The notice was signed by Acting Deputy Registrar (Administration and Justice) of the High Court Division, Md Mesbah Uddin Khan.
Supreme Court sources said the full court is expected to discuss several key administrative and policy issues, including the approval of the holiday calendar for subordinate courts.
Full court meetings are internal forums where judges deliberate and adopt decisions on major judicial policies and administrative matters, including the overall functioning and management of the judiciary.
