Lux Channel i Superstar participant and popular actor Sabnam Faria has been unwell for more than a week. She shared the news herself in a social media post on Tuesday night, January 13, revealing that she has been suffering from a severe throat infection and tonsillitis.
In her post, Faria wrote that her voice has been completely blocked for the past eight days due to the illness.
Speaking further about her condition, she said she lost the ability to speak on the fifth day and that forcing herself to talk only worsened the situation. As a result, she has had to cancel several scheduled commitments and shooting assignments.
Faria also said that she is currently unable to take phone calls. She mentioned receiving many calls but asked people to send text messages instead if the matter is urgent.
Sabnam Faria entered the film industry in 2018 with the film Debi. Her performance earned her the Bachsas Award for Best Supporting Actress and the Meril Prothom Alo Award for Best Newcomer.
