Actor Nirab Hossain has formally entered the fashion industry with the launch of his new Punjabi label, ‘Bhalo’, marking a strategic step beyond his long established screen career. The actor unveiled the brand’s first look through a photoshoot shared on social media on December 7.
Rather than positioning the project as a celebrity venture, Nirab framed the initiative as the result of years of personal interest in styling and design. He noted that his involvement in fashion runs parallel to, not separate from, his work in cinema. “I have been working on style for a long time. This initiative grows out of that experience,” he said.
In the announcement, the actor highlighted the label’s emphasis on craftsmanship and material quality, stating that the inaugural collection uses premium fabric from Gul Ahmed and is tailored locally. He described the brand’s guiding idea in three words: White, Created, Romantic.
Nirab expressed excitement at expanding his professional identity into entrepreneurship, saying he hoped the venture would allow him to connect with audiences in a different way. His post quickly drew support from fans and colleagues, many of whom praised the actor for branching out into the fashion sector.
