Selections, the premium home-building materials emporium of Akij Bashir Group, has opened a new flagship showroom in Dhaka’s Banglamotor, expanding its nationwide footprint of curated construction and lifestyle products.
Launched in October 2022 under the motto “Select from the Best,” Selections has already established seven flagship outlets in Banani, Chattogram’s Agrabad Access Road, Sylhet’s Mendibagh and Pathantula, Savar’s Shimultala, Tangail’s Keya Hall Road and Kishoreganj Sadar. The Banglamotor branch is the eighth addition, offering a wide range of ceramic tiles, boards, doors, sanitaryware, bathware and tableware.
The showroom was inaugurated on 24 November by Akij Bashir Group Chief Operating Officer Mohammad Khorshed Alam. Business associate Hasan-ur-Rashid of Yasir Trade Corporation, Akij Ceramics General Manager (Sales) Mohammad Ashraful Haque, Rosa Head of Sales Bishwajit Paul, local dignitaries and officials of the group attended the event.
Selections has earned customer trust since its inception, and the company expects the new outlet to become a premium destination for Dhaka’s growing construction materials market. Officials said customers will now be able to access Akij Bashir Group’s full range of tiles, sanitaryware, faucets, boards and doors under one roof, ensuring a more convenient and quality-driven shopping experience.
