Universal Cardiac Hospital in Mohakhali will hold a day-long “Free Heart Camp” on Tuesday, marking World Heart Day.
The camp will run from 9am to 7pm at the hospital premises, opposite Mohakhali Rawa, said a press release on Sunday.
Patients attending the camp will receive free specialist consultations from cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, kidney specialists, and diabetes, thyroid and hormone specialists.
A similar free heart camp will be held the same day at Universal Medical Services Limited on Jail Road in Brahmanbaria for local residents.
Patients are requested to bring the CD of any previous angiogram, if available.

General patients at the camp will receive a 25 per cent discount on all hospital tests, while Universal Heart Club members will receive a 30 per cent discount, subject to conditions, said the press release.
